All orders are processed the day it is received. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once shipped, it is out of Ascend to Action's control in regards to shipping time/speed. There may potentially be delays due to high volumes of orders/postal service issues.

Domestic Shipping Rates
U.S/CANADA: $5 flat rate. Free on orders $100+
International Shipping: $15 flat rate.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ascend to Action is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you don't receive your order within 12+ days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
